    Conditions We Treat

Neck and back pain can disrupt everything from your workday to your sleep. Whether it came on suddenly or built up over time, we look past the symptoms to find the root cause and build a plan to get you moving and feeling better.

Research shows that spinal manipulation, the primary treatment chiropractors provide, can be highly effective for tension headaches and those that originate in or are affected by the neck.

Shoulder pain can make reaching, lifting, and even sleeping difficult, and often involves more than just the shoulder itself. We look at how your neck, upper back, and joints work together to restore movement and rebuild strength.

Whether it's tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, or a repetitive strain injury, elbow pain can limit your work and your workouts. We focus on restoring healthy joint movement and reducing stress on irritated tissue, so your body can recover.

From repetitive motion to arthritis to everyday overuse, wrist pain can turn typing, gripping, and lifting into a daily struggle. We assess the wrist, joints, and surrounding nerves to reduce stress and restore hand function.

Hip pain doesn't stay in the hip - it throws off your balance and adds stress to your knees and lower back. We find the source, whether it's injury, arthritis, or joint dysfunction, and work to restore alignment and mobility.

Healthy knees help you walk, climb stairs, and stay active without a second thought. We look beyond the knee itself, since overuse, arthritis, or how you move elsewhere in your body can all contribute to the problem.

Sciatica affects many people today. It typically causes pain in the lower back or buttocks that radiates down the legs or to the feet.

A sprain, sports injury, or years of wear and tear can leave your ankle unstable long after it should've healed. We treat it as part of your whole movement system to restore mobility and lower your risk of it happening again.

Scoliosis is a condition that affects the spine's curvature. Chiropractors use manual techniques, such as spinal adjustments, to improve spinal alignment and reduce the curvature's impact on nerve function.

    And much more!

    Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez Myers

    Meet Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez Myers

Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez Myers opened Zone Chiropractic Clinic to help Plano-area families experience the kind of healing her faith and her training taught her the body is capable of. A Carrollton, Texas native, she believes lasting health starts with a properly functioning nervous system — not with chasing symptoms. Her approach is gentle, personal, and never one-size-fits-all. Whether you're bringing in a newborn or recovering from an auto accident, Dr. Myers takes the time to listen before she treats, and to explain every step along the way. Board-certified in Texas and trained in Zone Technique, certified in Webster Technique, and certified in Activator Methods, Dr. Myers brings both clinical precision and genuine care to every visit — because to her, this was never just a career. It's a calling.

She earned her Bachelor's in Biology from St. Edward's University before returning to the Dallas area to attend chiropractic school at Parker University, graduating in December 2023. Fluent in Spanish as the daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico, Dr. Myers brings a unique ability to connect with Zone Chiropractic's diverse patient community — meeting families where they are, in the language they're most comfortable in.

    Why Choose Zone Chiropractic Clinic?

Not every chiropractic practice in Plano offers the same depth of training or flexibility around how you pay for care. Dr. Myers trains in multiple advanced techniques, so your treatment plan is built around what your body actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all adjustment style. That range matters whether you're a newborn getting your first gentle adjustment, an expecting mother seeking prenatal-specific care, or recovering from a car accident.

Care here is built to fit real life. Zone Chiropractic accepts BCBS, Medicare, United Healthcare, and Ambetter, and patients without insurance can use HSA/FSA cards or request a superbill for reimbursement - no one is turned away for lack of coverage. And with Dr. Myers fluent in both English and Spanish, families across Plano's diverse community can get care in the language they're most comfortable in, without ever feeling like an afterthought.

This is chiropractic care built around the whole person, not just the complaint that brought you in the door, because a properly functioning nervous system is the foundation everything else is built on.
